Charee Hayes, better know as Miss Charee O in the hair and fashion industry, has been styling for over 22years. She has inspired other stylists and is known for being the fastest at the Quick Weave. She creates hair cuts short and long that dare you to be different.

The St. Louis native has operated her own salon, 3 Fourteen, for over 7 years. She gives classes to up and coming stylists in the areas of short hair styling, 7 minute quick weave, short quick weave, make-up, branding and transitioning from a shop to a salon. She also offers 1 on 1 shadowing for select stylists.
